General Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for the Camp Tiger Lily is accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the websites and direct payments to Thrive Wellness Private Limited. Registered Address: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We may revise these terms & conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the Site may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional terms and conditions.
Reservation Policy
PAYMENT TERMS
Room Payments - All bookings are prepaid. 50% payment at the time of booking and balance 50% payment due 15 days before check-in date.
Meal Inclusions - Guests are entitled to three meals per night as per American Plan. Meals consumed above/outside the package inclusions will be charged as per a la carte rates. A la carte orders (beverage, in-room dining, snacks etc.) will be charged on actuals.
Children & Extra Adults - Children under 6 years can stay in the same room at no extra charges. Children 6 to 12 years, an amount of INR 1500 will be charged (stay, all meals, & extra bed included). For an Extra Adult or Child above 12 Years, an amount of INR 2500 will be charged (stay, all meals, & extra bed included).
Guest Staff can be offered Dormitory Accommodation, an amount of INR 500 will be chargeable per day.
We do not serve alcohol. Guests can carry their own which is only allowed in their rooms and not in public/dining areas.
ROOM CANCELLATIONS
Within 15 days or No Show – 100% cancellation.
15 days to 45 days – 50% cancellation.
45 days and above – 10% cancellation as banking and admin fee. Balance amount will be adjusted towards next booking.
For group bookings of more than 4 rooms the above cancellation policy/ terms will not be applied. In that case we have a no refund policy.
Cancellation amount is calculated as per total booking amount and not as per advance deposited.
Long weekend and holiday bookings like New Year, Christmas, Holi and Diwali are non-refundable.
REFUND POLICY
For eligible refund cases for advance payments directly made to us, the appropriate amount after deductions will be processed and communicated in 2 to 3 working days, and the refund should reach the bank account in 7 to 10 working days post that.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME
The Check-in time is 2 pm and Check-out time is 1130 am.
Early check-ins and/or late check-outs need to be informed in advance and are subject to availability as well as extra charges.
